Terms of Use
Last updated 3 November 2026
By using racedunia.com, the RaceDunia app or our Telegram and WhatsApp channels, you agree to these terms.
Racing information only
RaceDunia is an information service about horse racing. We do not accept, broker or promote bets of any kind, we do not link to bookmakers, and nothing on RaceDunia is a tip or a recommendation to bet. Prices shown are reported on-course market information.
18 and over
RaceDunia is for readers aged 18 and over.
Accuracy and corrections
We publish results, racecards and market moves as fast as we can, and fast information can contain mistakes. Results marked provisional can change after objections or stewards' enquiries. The official results declared by the conducting turf club are always the final word. If you spot an error, tell us at hello@racedunia.com and we will correct it.
Availability
We aim to keep RaceDunia running at all times but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Alerts can be delayed or missed because of network or device issues.
Using our content
Our own articles, previews, round-ups and page design belong to RaceDunia. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short extracts with a link back. Please do not republish our pages wholesale or scrape the site in a way that slows it down for other readers.
Links to other sites
We link to official turf club sites, Telegram, WhatsApp, app stores and other sites we do not control. Their own terms apply there.
Liability
RaceDunia is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from decisions you make based on information shown on RaceDunia.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
