Privacy Policy

RaceDunia (racedunia.com and the RaceDunia app) publishes Indian and international horse racing results, racecards and market information. This page explains, in plain English, what data is involved when you use it.
The short version
- You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email address to use RaceDunia.
- We use Google Analytics to count visits and Google Ads to measure our own adverts.
- Push alerts are optional. If you turn them on, we keep the technical address your browser gives us so we can send them, and nothing else about you.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not run betting or bookmaker advertising.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. It collects information such as the pages you view, the time of the visit, the referring page, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It uses cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We use these reports only in aggregate to improve the site. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy; you can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
We advertise RaceDunia on Google. The Google tag on our pages records when a visitor who arrived from one of our adverts takes an action such as joining our Telegram or WhatsApp channel, turning on alerts or downloading the app. This tells us which adverts work. We do not show third-party adverts on RaceDunia. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google ad settings.
Push alerts
If you choose to receive results or racecard alerts, your browser or phone creates a push subscription: a web address at your browser's push service plus encryption keys. We store that subscription, together with your browser's user-agent string and the date you subscribed, on our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and use it only to send RaceDunia alerts. It does not contain your name, email or phone number.
To stop alerts, use the alerts button on the site or turn off notifications for racedunia.com in your browser or phone settings. Subscriptions that stop working are deleted automatically.
Storage on your device
The site stores a small note in your browser's local storage so that it does not show you the same live alert twice. It never leaves your device.
Hosting and server logs
RaceDunia runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, requests pass through Cloudflare's network, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site. Racing data (meetings, runners, results) is stored with Supabase; it is public racing information, not information about you.
Telegram, WhatsApp and app stores
Our Telegram and WhatsApp channels and the app store listings are run by those companies. When you join a channel or install the app, their privacy policies apply to the data they collect. We see channel follower counts, not your contact details.
The RaceDunia app
The Android app opens racedunia.com full screen. It collects nothing beyond what is described on this page.
Age
RaceDunia is intended for readers aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
Your choices and requests
You can block cookies, clear local storage and switch off notifications at any time in your browser. If you want to ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete it, write to hello@racedunia.com. Because we do not have accounts, the only personal data we may hold is a push subscription or an email you have sent us.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
